ENERGY STAR Northwest LogoWe are proud that our new home has earned the ENERGY STAR® label. In fact, we have earned the ENERGY STAR Plus designation by not only qualifying for Energy Star, but also for the federal tax credit.

ENERGY STAR qualified homes are designed, built and performance tested to be at least 15% more energy efficient than homes that merely meet the building code in Oregon.
